shipping:

Most domestic orders are shipped within 2-5 business days via usps and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after they are shipped. la mia camilla is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Most International orders are shipped within 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days after they are shipped. In some cases delivery may take up to 30 days or more. please contact your local post office if you have any concerns about your package. la mia camilla is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery. If you do not claim and pay additional fees, the package will be abandoned in customs. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you and arrange a reshipment for an additional fee.

if you need your order quickly and would like it shipped via express mail please email us at info@lamiacamilla.com. We will not always be able to accommodate these special requests but we will do our best!

We are a one person business, so If we are traveling, your order may take longer to ship. If this is the case, we will announce Any Shipping delays ahead of our time away.

returns:

la mia camilla does not allow returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. all sales are final.

We do our best to provide accurate measurements and photos of each item. For this reason we do not issue returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or have minor imperfections.

Please keep in mind that all of our items are vintage unless otherwise stated. This means they are at least 20 years old and some pieces are 100+ years old. They may show natural signs of wear and age. We do our best to note any flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws. Vintage items are often delicate, therefore damage can occur after wear, which is not our responsibility.
